Concussion is classified as a mild acquired brain injury. In the simplest terms, the 2 types of tissue in your brain sheer against each other during a hit the head or body, disrupting the normal chemistry/function of the brain. This causes the common symptoms of headache, fogginess, dizziness and nausea.
They very commonly sustained during sporting activities but can absolutely happen anywhere
