Group Exercise Classes

Maximum 3 people per time slot.

We offer 60-minute group exercise classes to current clients to allow you to come in and use the facility and complete your prescribed exercises under the supervision of your physiotherapist.

  • No, these classes are for current clients who are under the care of one of our physiotherapists.

  • Comfortable gym clothes & sneakers. Bring your water bottle and towel.

  • You can pay for individual one off sessions as needed, with the option to buy 5 and 10 session packs at a discounted rate.
